ECUAD ” PALORA”

It is a variety of Dragon Fruit or Pitaya, known from the genus Selenicereus, with a yellow outer rind.Harvest time is also similar to other varieties.The fruit usually has an average weight ranging from 350 to 500 grams.The plant has a green three-sided growth with large spines in the middle along its stem.Its spines are very prominent and very sharp.In the area where the gills are located, thorns appear instead of the gills, just like in the prickly fig (Cherkin Berry).
